Sutton's Smile

I LOVE this picture! Sutton, you are so funny! I found this picture off of my sister's blog and just loved it so much that I wanted to save it! I started this blog so that I could print it off for the kids and show it to them when they grow up. It's a great way for me to "journal" our everyday life for them. So, here are a few things that have been happening with Sutton lately:
1) He loves to sing "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" and today he told me it was his favorite! Papa told him we would give him candy if he sang it for us....he did sing a little and we did give him candy!
2) Max likes to sing "Our God is an Awesome God" so Sutton has started joining in with us....he just says "Awesome God" over and over again. I don't care...he has the main part right...and I love hearing him sing! This is my little guy that used to tell us "No thank you" when Max and I would sing in the car. So, the good news is he is starting to come over to our side....
3) He LOVES his big brother! When he wakes up, he looks for "Matts"...when he goes to bed, he wants to talk to "Matts"....you get the point, on and on....Oh, today you were helping me with laundry and you found your "unerwear"...you told me that you wanted to go show "Matts" and off you went running! I am laughing right now because you are just so funny! Daddy said tonight at dinner that we used to think you were going to be so quiet and shy! Boy, were we wrong! You are quiet when you are in large groups, but around us, you are just perfectly yourself! And we love watching you change and grow!
4) You all share a room now and you love it! I love hearing your little voices on the monitor...you sound like girls up there talking in your room.

I am glad you liked the picture! He certainly did not want to just smile for me, so he hid instead! His smile says so much about this little-big guy. His personality reminds me so much of his mother...and I never got to see you, know you at when you were that little, so it's neat for me to watch him and see you.

Love you Sutton Grant!

Laura,

This picture is PRECIOUS! Sutton is such a joy to be around, I love it when I come over to clean and he just loves talking to me and telling me what he is doing or what he has in his hand!
