It usually takes me awhile after surgery to be able to hold my kiddos.....so this is the first time that I actually held him....

Here is Greg showing Luke to me again. I had seen him in surgery, but I was a little pre-occupied and they wisked him away pretty quickly. In this picture, I still can't lift my arms, so Greg is holding him for me. It always amazes me to see how alert they are after delivery....look how wide open his eyes are!

Oh, this is my favorite! When Max was born Karissa (my lifelong friend) was one of our nurses and she put Max's footprints on the scrubs that Greg was wearing. So when we went to have Sutton, Greg wore the same scrub shirt and she put his footprints on the shirt as well, just below Max's. With Luke, they put his footprints on bottom. Greg put each boy's name by their footprints and their date of birth. I think we should frame it!

I gave Molly my camera (I think) and she caught this picture. I asked someone if they told the boys to hug and they said no. (There may be another story to that...). But I love this picture....

I love these! I love the one of you kissing Luke, so precious because I remember how emotional that moment was to know that he was okay and get to kiss on him and thank God for protecting him.
I love the one of Greg showing him to you...he does have such gorgeous eyes. DO his eyes seem darker than the boys?
Oh, and the one of the boys hugging, priceless! I loved it because Max was so excited he was squeezing a bit tight and Sutton started crying because he was afraid Max was going to pull him off of that seat they were on. BOYS!
Ha! I was debating on telling you that we had to pull them apart after the hug. Apparently Max wanted the hug more than Sutty! They were so cute and so excited!
I love those pictures! They are so great - I don't know who snapped them, but they are fabulous!
So glad for the three healthy boys. Love the scrubs, we have those for Ragon and Greyson - and I know how special they are for their Daddy's.
Karissa is incredible, huh?
Love the pics! Thanks for sharing your special day!
Praise the Lord that Mommy & precious baby are well...& obviously you are doing great to already be posting to your blog!! You are amazing!
How cool with the scrubs....for sure a priceless treasure! Love those pics!
Glad you are doing so well...saw Greg and the 2 big boys today at church, good looking family you have!
Love,
Julie
Congratulations Laura! Luke is such a precious little blessing (and what a cutie!), and what a proud Daddy Greg is! And such a neat tradition with your boys footprints and the scrubs - I think you should definitely frame it!
These are the sweetest pictures ever. Greg looks so in love with you...and hello you look gorgeous!
