I love the funny things he says. The other day when the boys woke up from nap, Max's hair was crazy. Sutton took one look at him and said, "Max, your hair doesn't look so good!" I laughed out loud because it was so funny coming out of his mouth. Of course, that hurt Max's feelings so we had to talk through it all. But, Sutton really is a character.
Sutton, you love your brothers. Right now, you are wanting to follow in Max's footsteps in everything he does. You love four wheelers and motorcycles, even though your momma has tried to keep you from liking it! But, you all do have it memorized that you have to be 31 years old before you can ride a dirt bike. That's how old Daddy was, so that is our rule! We got you a motorcycle shirt and you want to wear it every day...or at least every day that your Elmo shirt is dirty :)
You notice four wheelers and dirt bikes everywhere we go. We went to the pool and you saw one in the parking lot AND insisted we drive by to take a look....so we did!
You love candy (but it sounds like "tandy" when you say it). You like to wake me up in the morning and ask for a snack or "befast". You love for me to sing to you. Your favorites are Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, Jesus Loves Me and The Monkey Chased the Weasel. I sing all three every day at naptime. You love for us to scratch your back and then spell your name with my finger across your back.
You love to jump on the furniture! You jump from the ottoman to the couch over and over. Then you push them further apart to test your jumping abilities. It's actually quite funny to watch.
I took you all to the movies this week and you seemed to love it. I don't know if it was the snacks and pop, or what, but it was fun watching you have fun. You are wanting more independence and love it when you get to do things by yourself.
You are a pumpkin. I called you "babydoll" the other day and you looked at me and said, "Babydoll?" I tried to explain that it was a nice name and that I wasn't being mean...but you were offended :)
I love you little buddy. I can't believe you are almost three! I have always said with you that I feel like I have been ripped off! You have grown up way too fast!

Sweet post of your lil man!
I don't know the monkey song? Jordann turned 2 yesterday...I can't believe how fast the time goes when we are busy watching these guys grow!
Sutton is so UNIQUE, he is one of a kind. Which makes it so much nicer. He is his own little man and he is so PRECIOUS. I love just talking to him when I come over every week. When the boys aren't there, I miss them. Max is so grown up, he speaks so grown up and with confidence in his voice, that is great! They will be GREAT roll models for baby Luke! LOVE THE PICTURES!!
Um...I MISS SUTTON GRANT! I miss Max Murphy and Luke William as well. But this was such a great post about my little man and he reminds me so much of Owen. I know I have said this time and time again, but they are just as tough as they are tender and it's
hard to keep that in mind when we are dealing with the tough part. At least it is for this mama!
I love you. You are a wonderful mother and I love hearing the fun things you all do together that I miss because I don't live with you (like I do in my dreams!)
Please, right now, tell them that Aunt Molly loves them and can't wait to squeeze them on Saturday!
You are such a good mommy...that boy is loved to pieces! And yes, blogging is so cool that we can capture all of the wonderful things that go on for our kiddos to read one day. What special memories.
I love Sutton too!!! (I love you too btw!)
Sutton cracks Tony and I up too. We remember we he used to drool all over himself. Now, he is quite the little man. He helps wipe boogers off the noses of other kids, by going and getting the tissue himself and wiping their nose himself. He also announces to us when another kid starts crying. And today in the nursery he told me he had a new brother named Luke and Luke was with mommy. It was really cute!
Sutton- you are such a cute boy. I remember your mom telling me that she felt ripped off, and that you grew up too quick. We had Ragon right after you. You all are so close in age, but not close in size. I had NO idea what she was talking about - with Greyson - now I know. Little dude - you are so sweet, I love cuddling with you (when you let me). I love to have you at church in nursery, because it is the only time I get you alone. With 10 neices and nephews, I don't get much alone time. When I left the last time, I said "I love you" and kind of shouted it. You shouted it back. You and I went back and forth and back and forth - saying it. You are precious big boy!
